  • Christopher Murray - Principal, Investor Relations & Acquisitions

    A seasoned entrepreneur in real estate, technology, franchising and sports marketing, Chris entered the mobile home sector in 2018 as a Principal in a firm that deployed $30M of capital into owning and operating mobile home parks and mobile homes. In that time, he immersed himself in industry by frequently attending many of the trade shows and learning from industry experts. In 2022, Chris became a founding member of CL3 Capital to establish its footprint by focusing on the cap stack and acquisition strategies. Adding to his strengths with his partners who focus on operations and finance, CL3 is poised to become a market leader. At home, Chris has 4 children – Alex, McKenzie, Jack, and Payton and enjoys water skiing on the Minnesota Lakes and snow skiing in Colorado Rockies. He attended the University of Montana where he played wide receiver for the Grizzlies.

  • Michael Wilson - Principal, Operations & Acquisitions

    A 20-plus year veteran of the mobile home industry and a licensed Colorado Manufactured Home Dealer, Michael has acquired, operated, and appreciated parks worth over $45,000,000. Several years ago, Michael created a unique home in-fill program for major park owners in the Denver Metro area to drastically reduce park physical vacancy by purchasing, relocating, and selling over 120 homes in their communities which added an estimated $23,400,000 in Park Lot Rent Capitalization Value. In addition, Michael has also purchased, sold, and financed over 380 manufactured homes across 4 states creating and servicing loan portfolios for himself and investors with a portfolio principal balance of over $10,000,000. His vast knowledge of sourcing, negotiating, operating, and exiting parks gives CL3 Capital solid footing when it comes to diligence and operations. Michael and his wife reside in the Denver area and love to travel and take advantage of the many outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.

  • Scott Pomeroy - Principal, Finance

    Scott Pomeroy has 35+ years of successful leadership in “buy-and-build” merger and acquisition strategies for private equity sponsors and self-financed ventures. In his various roles, he has overseen and architected the development of optimal capital structures and the capital raising efforts. Scott has held the CEO/CFO positions for several companies in different industries.  Scott also served as CEO of Local Insight Media utilizing a “buy and build” strategy, built a $750 million revenue company. Prior, he served as the CFO of Dex Media, a multi-billion-dollar revenue company, leading through the divestiture of the business unit from Qwest Communications. Pomeroy’s experience in positioning numerous companies for transition and growth and transacting extensive capital market structures makes him an invaluable resource CL3 Capital.  Scott holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of New Mexico (CPA issued in New Mexico). 

  • Don Purdy - Principal, Strategy, Finance & Fund Operations

    Don has over 36 years of business leadership experience within Fortune 500 and start-up businesses. Don has held senior leadership positions at Honeywell and Rockwell Collins in marketing, business development, operations, strategy development, and M&A in commercial aerospace. While the business development director for the Boeing, Bombardier, and Cessna-Beechcraft, his pursuit teams captured over $2.0B in new aircraft forward-fit positions.  In 2014, Don transitioned to the healthcare industry to build a healthcare business which operated primary care clinics in the Denver metro area. Don now provides consulting services to drive strategic growth plans, investor materials, fund capital structures, and 5-year forecasting / budgeting for aerospace, real estate (MHP), film/entertainment and healthcare. Don holds an MBA from the University of Iowa and a BS in Computer Engineering from Baylor University.
